Beware of fake websites pretending to be Petron Corporation. This website contains information taken from Petron Corporation and other oil and gas companies’ webpages. It contains fake information instructing vendors on how to get accredited with Petron.

The website https://petronscheme.com and any emails from petronscheme.com is not affiliated with Petron Corporation nor its subsidiaries. Please note that legitimate communications are posted through official Petron channels listed below.

 

CUSTOMER CYBER PROTECTION GUIDE

Card Protection

  1. Never share your Card, PIN, One-Time PIN/Password, SIM card, or account details with anyone. Petron will never ask for these—even for promos or identity checks.
  2. Monitor your account activity on the PVC mobile app or internet browser.
  3. Sign the back of your Petron Card to prevent unauthorized use.
  4. In case of card cancellation or termination, you may surrender your card to Petron at its address provided in the contact information.
  5. For Fleet Cards, do not lend them to others. If the cardholder is absent, provide an authorization letter + valid ID with specimen signature.
  6. Report lost or stolen cards immediately:

USING PETRON APPS ON MOBILE DEVICES

  1. Download our Petron app/s only through official channels in the Android Google Play Store and iOS AppStore.
  2. Use biometrics (face/fingerprint) for extra protection.
  3. Avoid jailbroken or rooted devices.
  4. Scan only official Petron QR codes (from outlets or sales invoices).

ACCESSING PETRON SITES & APPS ON A COMPUTER

  1. Do not save your login details on public/shared computers.
  2. Always log off/sign out—do not just close the browser.
  3. Check for the padlock icon in your browser to ensure a secure connection.
  4. Double check that the website address is Petron’s official site (listed below.)

PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY

  1. Keep your Petron profile and contact details updated to receive important correspondence. Sensitive updates (name, mobile, email, birthday) may require identity verification. For assistance:
