Promo Mechanics: 

1. Petron Loyalty Craze: 1-Year Free Gas Every Day gives all Petron Value Card (PVC) customers a chance to win P90,000 worth of fuels.
2. The Promo period is from August 2 – September 30, 2023.
3. The promo is for Petron loyalty customers only.

• Petron Value Cardholder
• Petron Value Cardholder with a registered PVC mobile app.

4. Petron Value Card customers earn e-raffle entry for every P100.00 spent on a single receipt at any participating Petron service station.

• P100 is equal to 1 e-raffle entry, cumulative on a single receipt.
• 1 additional e-raffle entry for every single receipt transaction if the customer has a registered PVC mobile app.

5. All Petron service station products (Fuels, Lubricants, and Gasul), Treats items, and Car Care Center (CCC) products and services are included in the promo.
6. To earn e-raffle entries, customers must purchase a product or Change Oil Value Package (COVP) services at any participating Petron service station, Treats, and CCC outlets. Click or follow petron.com/latest-promotions for the complete list of participating stations and outlets.
7. Loyalty cardholders without PVC mobile app will receive their e-raffle entries via SMS within 48hrs after their transactions.
8. Loyalty customers with registered PVC Mobile App can track their earned e-raffle entries on the PVC app by clicking the e-raffle tracker badge located on the app’s dashboard.
9. There will be a total of 60 winners. Winners will receive the prize of 1-year fuel supply worth P90,000—in the form of PVC points.
10. Newly registered PVC customers should wait for the card activation message before proceeding with a transaction to join the promo.
11. In case of PVC terminal downtime, loyalty customers’ will still receive their e-raffle entry/ies once the system is back online.
12. Valid entries are single receipt transactions from August 2, 2023, 12:01 AM to September 30, 2023, 11:59 PM only.
13. The weekly raffle draw will take place via MS Teams with the presence of a DTI representative every Tuesday at 2 PM starting August 8, 2023. Loyalty customers’ e-raffle entries are cumulative wherein non-winning entries will be added to the next draw date.
    
14. Winners can only win once during the entire promo duration.
15. Petron Loyalty customers with incomplete PVC registration details (i.e., mobile number, complete mailing address, and email address) shall be disqualified.
16. Raffle draw winners will be subject to verification. Winners will be notified primarily via registered mail and a phone call if unreachable.
17. Forfeiture of prize will only happen after 60 days once mail notification was received by the winners and there is no response or show up for claiming, but subject prior DTI approval.
18. Verified Winners will be required to email a photo of their valid government ID and their Petron Value Card as proof of identity. These requirements must be emailed to raffles@petronphtest.risingtide.ph with a subject header of: “(Last Name) space (Given Name)”. Invalid or incomplete supporting documents shall be disqualified.
19. Winners will be announced on social media after the verification of winners is complete. The verification of the winner’s details will be administered via phone calls; verification calls and text messages will be implemented over a period of 3 consecutive working days, thrice (3x) per day. If the winner does not respond to any of the calls, she/he forfeits the prize, and a new winner will be drawn. The same verification process will be conducted for the new winner.
20. PVC points will be credited to the winners’ PVC account during awarding at the Petron station where the winner earned his/her winning e-raffle entry.
21. Petron Corporation will announce the winners the following week after winner’s validation on Petron’s official social media pages starting August 23, with the final announcement of winners on October 18, 2023.
22. Prize tax will be shouldered by Petron Corporation.
23. Promo is valid for cash, Petron E-Fuel, credit card, PVC points redemption, and other valid cashless transactions only.
24. Promo is not applicable to PO, bulk, or fleet accounts.
25. Promo is applicable for fuel loaded to the vehicle tank only. Containers are not allowed.
26. By participating in this Petron promo, all winners and participants grant Petron Corporation permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with the promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, Petron website, or official Petron Corporation social media pages.
27. Petron reserves the right to refuse to award promo prize/s to transactions that are invalid and fraudulent such as but not limited to system glitch or collusion.
28. Employees of Petron Corporation, advertising agencies, and participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
